I’m guilty of seeing life as a series of problems to be solved.
What an unfulfilling way to live.
An infection of the mind, being starved of the light and air it needs in order to heal.
Perspective is everything.
Happiness in this life is strictly an inside job.

Beautiful picture!
Me too am guilty of the problem solving mind. I guess at one point it becomes an addiction. Looking for solutions can give you some kind of purpose or energy to keep on going. For me it feels like a short term solution.
Turning the page to be a happiness seeking person, takes a different perspective. Not feeling guilty for being happy.
How to change that perspective? Do I need new glasses? It stems from the inside, oh what a whole different world that is.

So true! I get stuck in loops and keep reminding myself that nothing outside of myself is guaranteed. Circumstances change in an instant.

That is very well said. For me it’s going to take some training to remind me of that. You’re so smart!

I don’t know if it’s smarts or just having life kick my ass one too many times lol

Haha, life has its ways but as long we’re willing/needing to learn it can become better I hope.

“Happiness in this life is strictly an inside job.” Hmm… So true. You should put this on a mug or something.
